Renzo Gracie East Side is conveniently located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side at Lexington and 85th Street.

To access our space, use the door on E. 85th marked 1264 Lexington and ring up via the upper intercom.

Our 4,700+ sqft space has undergone a complete renovation. Key features include:

• Men’s and women’s locker rooms, each equipped with multiple rain showers

• Mat space that allows for private lessons and other training while classes are in session

• Custom mats and wall-padding by FUJI, the #1 mat on the market

We are on the same block as the 86th Street & Lexington subway station where both local (6) and express (4 & 5) trains stop. We are 2 blocks from the Q train stop at 86th Street & 2nd Avenue.  

The neighborhood has a wide range of stores, from Whole Foods to independent coffee shops. There’s even a co-working space around the corner for those who need to participate in a meeting in between classes.
